1. Dresses are usually packed inside out for protection.

2. Hang and store the dress in a shaded and dry place.

3. If available, use the inner hanger straps to assist with hanging.

Q: What are special requirements?: A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?: A: Yes, please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address once the shipping was already processed.

Q: How to know my size?: A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.
Q: How to measure myself?: A: We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part.
Make sure you wear tight clothes while measuring yourself. Please check if the dress has a built-in bra, if so, measure yourself without a bra.

Q: Are the sizes e.g. UK 10, standard UK sizes?: A: There are no standard sizes for dresses in the UK or the EU, therefore pretty much every manufacturer is using their own chart. Please check our size chart for details.

Ordered this dress for my daughters prom (March 2023) and she looked like the princess she believes she is! Perfect fit, great quality, fast shipping/arrival, and great communications!

*When ordering take your measurements and compare with what is in the description you may have to order a size up but that is normal with prom gowns.

This dress is beautiful! I got the Raspberry one. I just love the color of it and the material! Because of the reviews I got a size large. I am 5 1 and weigh 165 pounds. And I am more bottom heavy, but have a nice sized chest that filled the bodice. The skirt lands about half way down my calves. I want to buy again in different colors!
