Amber 2019-05-02 Rating: I was actually surprised by the quality of this item. It is/was well made. It held its shape through my daughter's prom night and beyond. The only small nitpick criticism. It is a good thing that what holds this mini hoop slip is a string that runs through the top and ties in the back as the small patch of velcro is simply not strong enough to do its job well.

Q: Do you have any retail locations?: A: In order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, insurance, staff), we currently only have an online store.
Q: Which Shipping options are available?: A: We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. For drop or bulk shipping and wholesale container shipping we don't feature expedited options, please contact us if you want to order more than 100 dresses. Q: How long is the delivery time?: A: When your parcel leaves our quality assurance warehouse, it takes around 3 - 8 days to reach you, depending on the item you order, its origin and destination.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?: A: Yes, please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address once the shipping was already processed.

Q: Are the sizes e.g. UK 10, standard UK sizes?: A: There are no standard sizes for dresses in the UK or the EU, therefore pretty much every manufacturer is using their own chart. Please check our size chart for details.
