2. Hang and store the dress in a shaded and dry place.

Q: What are special requirements?: A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?: A: Yes, please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address once the shipping was already processed.

Q: How to know my size?: A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.
Q: How to measure myself?: A: We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.

Amazing quality! So much detail to the dress! I took my exact measurements & ordered it that way. Make sure to follow the hebeos measurement guide about measuring yourself. It fit perfectly! I brought it to a tailor because I did loose a little weight around the mid section and had that tightened and I also had the train bustled so I wasn't tripping on it all night. It gave the dress a totally different look, even my tailor was impressed with the quality and detail of the dress. She almost fell off her chair when I told her how much it was! I was able to dance in my dress all night. I highly recommend!

I was skeptical at first but the dress is very comparable to more expensive dresses. While it doesn’t have any embroidery, it can easily be added, or just add a pretty belt.

Dress looks just like photos. However the lace comes with shiney silver thread that I could not see in the photos. I had to hand pick each piece out which took months. I also ordered custom measurements but these did not take into around shoulders and arms so I still had to get the dress tailored to fit. I ordered the dress without the waistband and added panelling to the back and shoulders and added a bustle. Other all, I still saved a tonne of money on a very decent dress

Love it. Went with the size chart they offered and it fit perfect. I was scared because the size was bigger then what I normally wear here in the states. Example I'm a size 8-10. I ordered the size 14 and it was just rigth. So take your measurements and order the size that they recommend.
