Q: What are special requirements?: A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Q: How to know my size?: A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.
Q: How to measure myself?: A: We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.

I’ve spent so much money on prom dresses in the past and this one was by far the cheapest and by far my favorite ! It was really long i did get it alrtered a little in length but other than that, the dress was perfect! i felt beautiful and no one had anything like it!

I got the custom fit and the dress was gorgeous. I did have to do some alterations. The height and waist was off but was definitely worth the money!! Some females pay $300 for a prom dress. This site is amazing for women who don't want to break the bank to look great (Not that they don't look great already)! I would absolutely buy again.
I also received the dress in about 2 weeks. Good quality, good ship time, the measurements were just a little off. Make sure you have a seamstress in mind before you decide to buy!

The dress arrived in a timely manner and was made well. I ordered a standard size 4 and after slight alterations in length it fit perfectly. The color is more of a deep orange red but it only added to the uniqueness. I would order from hebeos again.

Highly recommend this dress! I sent my measurements in for a custom fit, worked out great! I added a small strap between breasts for more support (I'd flash a few people without it).
Only issue, I ordered red and the fabric was more of an orange (still gorgeous thou!)

I was skeptical about ordering this dress but i love it!!! i got custom sizing but it is large on me and very long but it’ll be easily fixed with tailoring! I am impressed and can’t wait to wear it to my ball! It was obviously a little wrinkled from the shipping process but that’s expected:)

The dress is really nice, I got it without the train and I was perfect, there are buttons on the back, that hold the three little straps, which don’t hold really well, but it’s easily fixable. Really pretty dress, but a little booby.

Ordering anything online can be nerve wracking, especially if it’s for something as big as prom. I was extremely nervous about ordering the dress online because I was afraid that it would show up and be completely different! The customer service was on top of my order and tracking my dress was so easy. I got home to a package at my doorstep and it was my dress, Despite the nerves, I opened the package found that the dress was EXACTLY what the picture showed. I got my dress in the color “grape” with custom measurements. Although I did get custom measurements, the dress is a little longer than I would’ve liked but absolutely tolerable and easily fixable. One other thing was that the straps are a bit loose on me which I am also going to fix. Overall, I highly recommend this dress to anyone who likes it. Shipping was only one day later than I was told it was going to be. I can’t wait to wear it to prom!! Thank you, Hebeos! Definitely impressed me with the quality and organization of my order.
