2. Inspect the dress thoroughly to locate any stains, including stains from perspirations, foods, liquids and makeup. If the dress is full-length, the hem will most likely have collected dirt.

1. Dresses are usually packed inside out for protection.

2. Hang and store the dress in a shaded and dry place.

3. If available, use the inner hanger straps to assist with hanging.

Q: What are special requirements?: A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Q: How long is the delivery time?: A: When your parcel leaves our quality assurance warehouse, it takes around 3 - 8 days to reach you, depending on the item you order, its origin and destination.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?: A: Yes, please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address once the shipping was already processed.
Q: Will I have to pay customs duties, taxes or other fees?: A: You will not be charged any consumption tax. However, you may need to pay the customs duties by yourself. For more details, please visit Customs & Tax in full.

Q: How to know my size?: A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.
Q: How to measure myself?: A: We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part.
Make sure you wear tight clothes while measuring yourself. Please check if the dress has a built-in bra, if so, measure yourself without a bra.
Q: My body measurements don't fit a specific size!: A: You can choose custom measurements and enter your body measurements into the order details without choosing a pre-defined size. Extra fees might apply.
Q: Are the sizes e.g. UK 10, standard UK sizes?: A: There are no standard sizes for dresses in the UK or the EU, therefore pretty much every manufacturer is using their own chart. Please check our size chart for details.

I have to say that the dress doesn’t look exactly as the pictures, but it’s definitely a beautiful dress. I had to tailor mine to add some details, and to remove some things I didn’t like about it (I added an English bustle, removed some of the jewels, added some more buttons on the back, and made it tighter) I ended up spending more for tailoring my dress than for the actual dress, but it was totally worth it. I loved the dress, and I felt like a princess on my wedding day.

Absolutely fantastic wedding dress. I wore this for my wedding this summer and felt like a million pounds in it. I loved the pockets and i bought the vail to go with it. The colour on the hanger is peachy but once its on it is very much a blush pink.

I actually ordered a gamble from the online store and it paid off hugely! ! ! ! I can't believe the extraordinary quality of their work. The lining and lace are perfect. I don't have many wedding dress terms to use since I'm just a bride, but this dress is exactly as it is in the picture. I'm usually a size 6 and it fits perfectly. Customer service is excellent. I think they realize that many brides can be a little nervous about shopping online for a gown for their big day, so they message you often and respond to your messages as soon as possible, taking into account the time zone differences. Buy from them!
