2. Hang and store the dress in a shaded and dry place.

Q: What are special requirements?: A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?: A: Yes, please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address once the shipping was already processed.

Q: How to know my size?: A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.

- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.

Incredibly beautiful dress, the color matches the color in the picture. I wore it to my senior prom, and it was perfect for the occasion! I chose to have it custom made (send in my measurements) and it was no problem! I got all the help I needed. In addition, I removed the train of the dress, so that they would be easier to walk in it, and the company helped me with all these fixings. Extremely happy with the result, it made my prom a magical occasion!

Beautiful dress! The quality and workmanship are excellent. Perfect fit - I'm 5 feet tall and ordered my normal size, no changes required. Midi length is exactly what I need to avoid the hem. It arrived quickly - days earlier than promised. Boyfriend is already wondering where he can take me so I can wear it more often! This is my first purchase through HEBEOS and it won't be the last! Beautiful and well made clothes! I like it this way - it has a very elegant feel. I carefully measured and ordered the appropriate size as instructed by customer service and it fits perfectly. I was a bit nervous about ordering my daughter's prom dress online but this dress turned out perfect!! I do recommend paying the extra money and ordering with measurements as opposed to the standard size. We did that and her dress fit perfect. I would also pay for the express shipping as it did provide peace of mind.
